यहाँ MS Word Paragraph Formatting और Styles से जुड़े कुछ रोचक, उपयोगी और महत्वपूर्ण Fact दिए गए हैं:

1. Paragraph Alignment 4 प्रकार का होता है: Left (Ctrl + L), Center (Ctrl + E), Right (Ctrl + R) और Justify (Ctrl + J)। हर alignment का अपना अलग उपयोग है।

2. Line Spacing Paragraph की Lines के बीच Gap है: Home tab में Line and Paragraph Spacing option से 1.0, 1.15, 1.5, 2.0 और custom spacing चुना जा सकता है। Ctrl + 1, Ctrl + 2, Ctrl + 5 shortcuts भी हैं।

3. Bullets और Numbering से List बनाई जाती है: Home tab में Bullets (dots) और Numbering (1, 2, 3) options से organized lists बनाई जाती हैं। Multilevel List से sub-lists भी बन सकती हैं।

4. Indent Paragraph को अंदर-बाहर खिसकाता है: Home tab में Increase Indent और Decrease Indent buttons से पूरा paragraph left या right shift होता है। Ruler से भी adjust किया जा सकता है।

5. Styles पहले से बने Formatting Sets होते हैं: Home tab में Heading 1, Heading 2, Title, Subtitle, Normal जैसे styles होते हैं। एक click में पूरा formatting apply हो जाता है।

6. Heading Styles से Table of Contents बनती है: जब आप Heading 1, Heading 2 use करते हैं तो References tab में Table of Contents एक click में बन जाती है। यह professional documents के लिए जरूरी है।

7. Paragraph Dialog Box में सारी Settings होती हैं: Home tab में Paragraph group के corner arrow पर click करने से Paragraph dialog खुलता है जिसमें Alignment, Indentation, Spacing सब एक साथ मिलते हैं।

8. Shading से Paragraph के पीछे Color आता है: Home tab में Shading option से paragraph के background में color लगाया जा सकता है। यह notes और callouts के लिए उपयोगी है।

9. Borders से Paragraph के चारों तरफ Line आती है: Home tab में Borders option से paragraph के चारों ओर box या अलग-अलग sides पर line लगाई जा सकती है।

10. Tab Stops से Text को Specific Position पर रखा जाता है: Ruler पर click करके Tab Stop लगाया जाता है। Tab key दबाने पर cursor उस position पर चला जाता है। Left, Center, Right, Decimal और Bar tabs होते हैं।
