यहाँ Trigonometry और Coordinate Geometry के कुछ रोचक और महत्वपूर्ण तथ्य(Fact) दिए गए हैं:
1. Trigonometry का संबंध Angles और Sides से है: Trigonometry में मुख्य रूप से triangles के angles और sides के बीच के mathematical relationships का अध्ययन किया जाता है।
2. Sine, Cosine और Tangent Trigonometry के प्रमुख Ratios हैं: Right-angled triangle में angle के आधार पर opposite, adjacent और hypotenuse sides के ratios से sin, cos और tan जैसी quantities define की जाती हैं।
3. Pythagorean Theorem Right Triangle के लिए महत्वपूर्ण है: किसी right-angled triangle में hypotenuse का square बाकी दोनों sides के squares के sum के बराबर होता है: a² + b² = c²।
4. 3-4-5 एक प्रसिद्ध Pythagorean Triple है: 3² + 4² = 5² यानी 9 + 16 = 25। इसलिए 3, 4 और 5 lengths वाला triangle right-angled triangle होता है।
5. Coordinate Plane में दो Axes होते हैं: सामान्य Cartesian coordinate system में horizontal axis को x-axis और vertical axis को y-axis कहा जाता है।
6. Origin के Coordinates (0, 0) होते हैं: x-axis और y-axis जहाँ एक-दूसरे को intersect करते हैं, उस point को origin कहा जाता है।
7. Coordinate Plane चार Quadrants में बंटा होता है: x-axis और y-axis plane को चार regions में divide करते हैं, जिन्हें Quadrant I, II, III और IV कहा जाता है।
8. Distance Formula Pythagorean Theorem से जुड़ा है: Coordinate plane में दो points के बीच distance निकालने का formula √[(x₂-x₁)² + (y₂-y₁)²] Pythagorean theorem के concept पर आधारित है।
9. Slope Line की Direction बताता है: किसी line का slope यह बताता है कि x की direction में बदलाव होने पर y कितनी तेजी से बदलता है।
10. Zero Slope वाली Line Horizontal होती है: यदि किसी non-vertical line का slope 0 है, तो उसके सभी points की y-coordinate समान होती है और line horizontal होती है।
11. Vertical Line का Slope सामान्य तरीके से Defined नहीं होता: Vertical line में x-coordinate का change zero होता है, इसलिए slope formula में division by zero आ जाता है। इसी कारण इसका slope undefined माना जाता है।
12. Trigonometry का उपयोग केवल Mathematics में नहीं होता: Engineering, navigation, astronomy, architecture, physics, computer graphics और कई technical fields में trigonometric concepts का उपयोग किया जाता है।
