Special Note

यहाँ Excel What-If Analysis और Data Analysis से जुड़े कुछ रोचक, उपयोगी और महत्वपूर्ण Fact दिए गए हैं:

1. What-If Analysis में 3 Main Tools होते हैं: Scenario Manager, Goal Seek और Data Table — ये तीनों मिलकर future के अलग-अलग situations का analysis करने में मदद करते हैं।

2. Goal Seek से Target Result के लिए Input मिलता है: अगर result 1000 चाहिए और formula ज्ञात है, तो Goal Seek बताता है कि input कितना देना होगा। यह reverse calculation है।

3. Scenario Manager कई Situations को Save करता है: Best Case, Worst Case, Average Case — अलग-अलग scenarios बनाकर compare किए जा सकते हैं। हर scenario में अलग values होती हैं।

4. Data Table एक या दो Variables के Results दिखाता है: अगर एक variable बदलने पर result कैसे बदलता है — यह Data Table में table form में दिखता है। दो variables का bhi data table बनाया जा सकता है।

5. Solver एक Advanced Optimization Tool है: Multiple constraints के साथ best solution ढूँढने के लिए Solver use होता है। इसे File > Options > Add-ins में enable करना पड़ता है।

6. Analysis ToolPak Advanced Statistics देता है: Descriptive Statistics, Correlation, Regression, Histogram, ANOVA, t-Test, z-Test जैसे tools Analysis ToolPak में मिलते हैं। Data tab में यह दिखता है।

7. Descriptive Statistics Mean, Median, Mode सब देता है: एक ही click में पूरे data की summary निकल आती है — Mean, Median, Mode, Standard Deviation, Variance, Range और बहुत कुछ।

8. Correlation दो Variables के बीच संबंध बताता है: Value -1 से +1 के बीच होती है। +1 का मतलब perfect positive और -1 का मतलब perfect negative relationship है।

9. Regression Future Prediction में मदद करता है: एक या ज्यादा independent variables से dependent variable की value predict की जाती है। Business forecasting में यह बहुत use होता है।

10. Histogram Frequency Distribution दिखाता है: Data को bins में बाँटकर बताता है कि कितनी values हर bin में आती हैं। यह Graph form में distribution को visualize करता है।
