यहाँ MS Excel और Spreadsheet से जुड़े कुछ interesting और मजेदार Facts दिए गए हैं:

Excel में Rows और Columns का पूरा Game है! - Microsoft Excel में data को Rows और Columns में organize किया जाता है। Row को numbers से और columns को letters से identify किया जाता है। Row और Column के intersection को Cell कहा जाता है, जहाँ data enter किया जाता है।

Cell Address से Location पता चलती है - Excel में हर cell की अपनी एक पहचान होती है, जिसे Cell Reference कहा जाता है। जैसे A1 का मतलब Column A और Row 1 का cell है। इसी cell reference का इस्तेमाल formulas में भी किया जाता है।

Formula हमेशा = से शुरू हो सकता है - Excel में calculation करने के लिए formulas का इस्तेमाल किया जाता है। आमतौर पर formula = sign से शुरू होता है। जैसे =A1+B1 दो cells की values को add कर सकता है। एक छोटी सी formula और calculation automatically हो जाती है!

SUM एक बहुत useful Function है - अगर किसी column में बहुत सारी numbers हैं, तो उन्हें manually add करने की जरूरत नहीं होती। SUM() function की मदद से selected cells की values का total आसानी से निकाला जा सकता है। इसी तरह Excel में Average, Maximum और Minimum जैसे functions भी available हैं।

Excel सिर्फ Calculator नहीं है - Excel में simple calculations के अलावा data sorting, filtering, charts, conditional formatting, formulas और कई प्रकार के data analysis features available हैं। इसी वजह से इसका इस्तेमाल education, business, accounting और data management जैसे कई क्षेत्रों में होता है।

AutoFill आपका काम कम कर सकता है - Excel में किसी pattern या formula को automatically आगे continue करने के लिए AutoFill feature का इस्तेमाल किया जा सकता है। जैसे January, February, March या 1, 2, 3 जैसी series को manually पूरा type करने की जरूरत नहीं पड़ती।

Sort और Filter में फर्क है - Sort data का order बदल सकता है, जैसे names को A से Z करना। वहीं Filter का इस्तेमाल केवल selected criteria के अनुसार data दिखाने के लिए किया जाता है। दोनों features बड़े datasets को manage करने में काफी useful हैं।

Charts Data को Picture में समझाते हैं - Excel में numbers की लंबी list को समझना कभी-कभी मुश्किल हो सकता है। ऐसे में Charts data को visual form में दिखाने में मदद करते हैं। Bar, Line और Pie जैसे charts data के patterns और comparisons को आसानी से समझने में मदद कर सकते हैं।

Excel में एक Cell में Text और Number दोनों हो सकते हैं - Spreadsheet में अलग-अलग प्रकार का data store किया जा सकता है। जैसे names, dates, numbers और formulas। Excel data के type के आधार पर उसे अलग तरीके से process और display कर सकता है।
